VOSS Vehicle Mounted Scissor Lift Course: Are mainly for outside use, they have a scissor lift mechanism fitted to a Vehicle and a working platform, also outriggers for stability. Persons and equipment may be elevated for work duties but cannot drive elevated. 

Operator training provides the skills to operate the MEWP safely and efficiently, carry out a pre-use inspection, and the causes of MEWP and load instability.
